We consider the time-dependent Oseen sytem with rotational terms. This system is a linearized model for the flow of a viscous incompressible fluid around a rigid body moving at a constant velocity and rotating with constant angular velocity. We present results on temporal and spatial decay of solutions to this system in the whole space. The spatial asymptotics we establish exhibit a wake.
