Za účelem restimulace krevních buněk a následné detekce infekce cytomegalovirem (hCMV) a monitorování jejího průběhu, byly sestrojeny expresní vektory pro produkci rekombinantních antigenů obsahujících imunodominantní epitopy hCMV proteinů pp65, IE1, IE2, gB, pp50 a pp150.
Expression vectors for production of genetically connected immunodominant epitopes of hCMV proteins pp65, IE1, IE2, gB, pp50 and pp150 were constructed in order to restimulate the blood cells and detect and monitor for hCMV infection.
