Silver nanoparticles were prepared by AgCl photodecomposition using the radiation of water stabilized plasma. The study confirmed that WSP® radiation can be used for production of silver nanoparticles in form of powder or colloidal solution without presence of additional anions. However low Zeta-potential causes agglomeration of the nanoparticles
