    Spatial maps of concentration of atomic hydrogen radicals in coplanar surface dielectric barrier discharge (DBD), volume DBD and a flame atomizer in Ar – H 2 (– O 2 ) mixtures were measured by two-photon absorption laser-induced fluorescence (TALIF) and modeled by a gas flow and plasma chemistry simulation.
