This report on gender bias in evaluation and governance has been prepared within the framework of EGERA Workpackage 5 and addresses research evaluation and gender bias in evaluation and related governance structures in partner organization 3 CVGZ. Specifically, the report looks into the evaluation process of academic and administrative staff, focusing on the possible gender bias in these processes. The report concludes with a list of recommendations proposed to improve the management in terms of gender equality.
