    Anti-resonance phenomenon caused by additional parametric excitation is herein studied on the forced vibrated beam as a tool for vibration suppression. Besides numerical simulations, the dynamic experiments on the cantilever beam were performed. The PZT patches were used as actuators for the parametric excitation.
