    Raw material for polyurethane production and a process for its preparing from waste polyurethane which the product of the reaction of polyisocyanates and polyester or polyether or polydienic polyol. Recycling of polyurethanes using bioreagents which are a vegetable oil or fat or a derivative of vegetable or animal oil or fat with functional hydroxy groups, when liquid products are obtained, which have a markedly lower hydroxyl number. This makes it possible to utilize them as a raw material for production of expanded and compact polyurethanes. By an appropriate choice of the bioreagent, the resulting functionality of the product, its hydroxyl number and reactivity depending on the content of primary and secondary alcoholic hydroxy groups and amino groups a raw material is obtained for production of polyurethanes with optimum parameters according to the required applications.
