    In this publication, we comment on the generality of the conclusions put forward in a recent publication by different authors (Hannah, D.C. et al ACS Photonics 2014, 1, 960−967) regarding ultrafast luminescence of silicon nanocrystals. We also point out a few inaccuracies of the above paper.
