    In this contribution we report on a new approach to hydrogenation of DNPs in water solution by their exposure to radio frequency hydrogen plasma. Using grazing angle reflectance (GAR) Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy we compare the surface chemistry of two different kinds of DNPs produced either by detonation process or high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT).
