Zařízení slouží k desintegraci pevných částic materiálu dané velikosti na částice menší velikosti. Mlýnek částic využívá vysokorychlostní paprsek kapaliny, který částice urychluje a nese na stěny pevné překážky, kde dochází k rozpadu částic na menší vlivem působení mechanických a hydrodynamických sil.
The device is used to disintegrate solid particles of given size to smaller sizes. The crusher uses high-speed liquid jet to accelerate particles and impact them on solid obstacle where particles disintegrate due to action of mechanical and hydrodynamic forces.
