Recenze nového sborníku k otázce učené komunikace a komunit vzdělanců ve středověku. Podle autora recenze představuje sborník cenný příspěvek ke středověkým intelektuálním dějinám. Jistým desideratem sborníku však zůstává nedostatečné vymezení pojmu 'učené komunity'.

Review of the new collection of essays dedicated to the question of scholarly communication and of scholarly communities in the Middle Ages. According to the reviewer the volume presents a valuable contribution to medieval intellectual history. It would have been useful to include a theoretical discussion of the concept 'communities of learning'.
