    Distorted yield surfaces may be observed during plastic deformation of metals. Such a phenomenon is referred to as distortional hardening. Moreover, the distortion of yield surfaces is often directionally dependent giving arise of directional distortional hardening in variety of models. However, calibration of material parameters of these models seems to be quite challenging especially in a simple analytical way. In the presented paper, an analytical identification algorithm is introduced for possibly the simplest directional distortional model. Within basic proportional loading modes, integral forms for static and/or cyclic curves as well as hysteresis loops are derived for this model and latter used in calibration based on experimental data. The overall calibration procedure is thoroughly described in the paper.
