Atmosférický zdroj plazmatu, zejména pro vyžití v medicínských bioaplikacích, obsahuje zdroj (5) střídavého vysokého napětí a duté izolační těleso (1), do jehož vnitřního prostoru je zaústěn přívod pracovního plynu a je v něm umístěna vnitřní budicí elektroda (2) připojená na zdroj (5) střídavého vysokého napětí. Uvnitř izolačního tělesa (1) je ustavena sendvičová struktura tvořená vrstvami porézního materiálu a sestávající ze vzájemně nad sebou uložených vnitřní budicí elektrody (2), nevodivé porézní membrány (3) a vnější zemnicí elektrody (4).
The atmospheric plasma source, particularly for use in medicinal bioapplications according to the present invention comprises an alternating high voltage source (5) and a hollow insulation body (1) with an inlet of processing gas opening into the inside thereof. In the interior of said hollow body (1) there is arranged an internal excitation electrode (2) that is connected to the alternating high voltage source (5). In the interior of the insulation body (1) there is arranged a sandwich structure formed by layers of porous material and consisting of the excitation electrode (2), an electrically non-conducting porous membrane (3) and an external grounding electrode (4), wherein all the components are arranged one above the other.
