Keywords : Arsenic * speciation analysis * sapphire tube atomizer
Subject RIV: CB - Analytical Chemistry, Separation
The aim of this communication is to overview the recent developments in the field of VSG achieved in author’s laboratory. Namely on arsenic speciation analysis based on generation of arsines and employing various atomic spectrometry detectors; on a new cryogenic trap design for hydride preconcentration; on a critical evaluation of dielectric barrier discharges for hydride atomization; and on an assessment of a sapphire tube atomizer for on-line atomization and in situ collection of bismuthine and volatile species of silver.
