Hostům byla představena koncepce programu a možnosti zapojení, vysvětlen rozdíl mezi mentorem a školitelem. Své bohaté zkušenosti s mentoringovými programy představily zahraniční hostky z Vídeňské univerzity. Cílem programu je pomoci vědkyním a vědcům na doktorské a post-doktorské úrovni úspěšně zahájit vědeckou kariéru.
The concept of the programme and the possibility of engagement were presented to the guests, the difference between the mentor and tutor was explained. Two foreign guests from the University of Vienna spoke about their rich experience with mentoring programmes. The aim of the programme is to help female and male scientists at doctoral and post-doctoral level to successfully start their scientific careers.
