V zařízení Blue Velvet Arena v reálném prostoru jsme pomocí Testu jednoduché navigace porovnali tři strategie navigace u pacientů s různými typy neurodegenerativních demencí: Alzheimerovou demencí, demencí s Lewyho tělísky (DLB) a frontotemporální lobární degenerací (FTLD). Největší postižení jsme našli u DLB pacientů, zatímco nejmenší u pacientů s FTLD. Naše výsledky ukazují na specifické rozdíly pro prostorové orientací pacientů s demencí

In a real space navigation apparatus Blue Velvet Arena we studied three spatial navigation strategies using an Elementary navigation task in patients with three types of neurodegenerative dementia: Alzheimer’s disease, dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) and frontotemoral lobar degeneration (FTLD). The greatest impairment we found in DLB patients, while least impaired were the FTLD patients. Our results documents specific differences in spatial orientation in dementia patients
