Autor ve své kapitole posuzuje odkaz Viktora Knappa českému občanskému právu. Dochází k závěru, že vedle knihy Teorie práva a precizní analýzy nacistické právní filosofie, tkví jeho význam v předání svého učení dalším generacím právníků a ve výchově svých následovníků.
The author in his chapter assesses the legacy of Viktor Knapp in the Czech civil law. He concludes that besides the book Theory of Law and a precise analysis of the Nazi legal philosophy, his historical relevance comes from the fact that he has forwarded knowledge to the next generations of lawyers and his followers.
