Článek se věnuje vztahu mezi divadlem a soudy v antických Athénách. Analyzuje podobnosti a rozdíly mezi soudními porotami a divadelními obecenstvy, podobnosti v performancích řečníků a herců a divadelní scény inspirované soudní praxí.

The article discusses the relationship between the theatre and courts in ancient Athens. It analyses the similarities of and differences between court juries and theatre audiences, common traits of performances of orators and actors and theatre scenes inspired by the judicial practice.
