Experimental conditions were optimized for separation of a mixture of selected mercury compounds by high performance liquid chromatography on reverse phases [RP-HPLC] with subsequent UV-photochemical cold mercury vapor generation [UV-CVG] and atomic absorption spectrometry with quartz tube [QT-AAS] detection.
