Functional properties of Ni-ferrites, one of the most important and widely used soft magnetic materials are strongly dependent of their microstructure, composition, particle and crystal sizes. Structure and magnetic properties of the NiFe2O4 nanocrystalline powders prepared by template and precipitation method were studied before and after thermomagnetic measurements (TM) up to 800 oC. Morphology of the studied powders was illustrated by scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM/SEM) images. Phase composition was determined using X-Ray diffraction analysis (XRD). Room temperature magnetic measurements were carried out by means of a Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (VSM) with magnetic field strength up to 1000 kAm-1.
