Během workshopu byly prezentovány nástroje pro hodnocení vědecké práce, tématem byla také výběrová řízení, kariérní postup a slaďování práce a osobního života. Účastnice a účastníci získali znalosti v oblasti řízení diversity a rovných příležitostí. Byly definovány relevantní oblasti na pracovištích VŠCHT a navrženy konkrétní opatření a nástroje.

The tools for evaluation of scientific work were presented to the employees in managerial or leadership positions. Selection procedures, career advancement and the reconciliation of work and personal life were also discussed. Partarticipants gained knowledge in the area of diversity management and equal opportunities. Relevant areas at the ICT were defined and specific measures and tools were designed.
