Článek seznamuje s konceptem řízení diverzity, jeho historickým vývojem i jeho uplatněním v českém kontextu. Informuje také o záměru vytvořit metodiku řízení diverzity na pracovišti pro veřejnou a soukromou sféru.

The article introduces the concept of diversity management, describes shortly its historical development and its application in the Czech context. The article also provides information on the intention to create a methodology for diversity management in the workplace for public as well as private sector.
