Monografie "Budeč. Významné mocenské centrum prvních Přemyslovců" předkládá nové datování a interpretaci vzniku, vývoje a zániku tohoto výjimečného opevněného sídla, jehož dobový význam se odráží i ve skrovném písemnictví 10.-11. století. Nové vyhodnocení sídelně-historického vývoje budečského hradiště se opírá o výsledky dlouhodobého vícegeneračního archeologického výzkumu a o nejnovější poznatky získané autorkou z revizních analýz klíčových problémových okruhů, v nichž shledala zásadní chronologické a interpretační nedostatky. V propojení s písemnými zprávami se tak podařilo ozřejmit základní historické etapy tohoto přemyslovského mocenského centra, jež se v 10. století významně podílelo na christianizaci země a podstatným způsobem figurovalo v procesu budování raného českého státu.

Monograph "Budeč - an important power centre of the first Přemyslids" presents new dating and interpretation of origin, development and decline of this exceptional fortified seat, which period importance is reflected in scarce literature of the 10th-11th century. New evaluation of settlement-historical development of Budeč stronghold is based on the results of long-term multigenerational archaeological research and the newest knowledge gained by the author from revision analyses of key problem spheres, in which she found fundamental chronological and interpretative flaws. In connection with written sources she succeed in explaining basic historical phases of this Přemyslids' power centre, which in the 10th century has greatly participated in christianization of the country and significantly figured in the process of building early Czech state.
