The aim of the present study was to test whether and in what way n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFA) supplementation can affect changes of lipid metabolism induced in rats by alteration of their thyroid status. We found no significant effect of 6-week-supplementation of n-3 PUFA on the specified biochemical parameters
