Geneticky modifikovaný jarní ječmen odrůda Golden Promise, vykazuje stabilní expresi genu bar (Ubi-BAR) a reportérového genu uidA (Ubi-GUS). Tato transgenní linie ječmene je tolerantní vůči herbicidům s účinnou látkou glyfosát a současně vykazuje expresi reportérového genu uidA (GUS).

Genetically modified spring barley genotype Golden Promise shows stable expression of the bar gene (Ubi-BAR) and reporter gene uidA (Ubi-GUS). This transgenic barley line is glyphosate tolerant, and also expresses the reporter uidA (GUS) gene.
