This poster is devoted to vertical dependence of the yearly course of ozone concentration at selected ozonosonde stations in middle and high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere. There are three regions of behavior of total ozone yearly course in vertical profile of ozone. In the troposphere we observe summer maximum of ozone concentration produced by photochemical production of ozone. In the lower stratosphere the late winter/early spring maximum and late summer/fall minimum is occurred due to the influence of stratospheric dynamics on ozone concentration. This stratospheric type of yearly course of ozone concentration is not observed above the tropopause but also several km ( 2-3) below the tropopause. Above 25 km the third type of yearly course of ozone concentration with summer maximum and winter minimum caused by solar effects is present. In this poster we search for the connection of tropopause height and change in the yearly course of ozone concentration at selected middle and high latitude ozonosonde stations of the Northern Hemisphere.
