Způsob sušení tenzidů ve vodném roztoku využitím mikrovlnné energie, podle kterého se vodný roztok obsahující 40 až 80 % hmotn. tenzidů za účelem potlačení pěnivosti vzniklé během sušicího procesu vystaví přerušovaným mikrovlnným impulzům v trvání od 1 do 100 sekund. Sušení se provádí při mikrovlnném výkonu 0,05 až 0,50 kWh/kg vstupní suroviny a frekvencí 800 až 2500 MHz.

Method of drying of surfactant from water solution is performed by using microwave energy. According this method water solution containing 40 to 80 wt. % of surfactants in order to supress foaming during drying process. This solution is exposed to microwave pulses from 1 to 100 seconds. Drying is performed under microwave radiation 0.05 to 0.50 kwh/kg of raw material and frequence 800 to 2500 MHz.
