Text se zabývá současnými trendy ve vývoji sociálního hodnocení techniky (TA) v Německu a České republice. Hledá shody i rozdíly a srovnává předpoklady a důsledky rozvoje TA v obou zemích.

The paper deals with contemporary trends in the developments of Technology Assessment in Germany and the Czech Republic. It investigates the similarities and the differences between them and the presuppositions and the consequences of developments of Technology Assessment in both of these countries.
