Použití oxidu ceričitého o měrném povrchu 10 až 150m2/g a velikosti primárních krystalů nejvýše 50 nm a celkovém obsahu nejvýše 45 hmont. procent příměsí, kterou je alespoň jedna sloučenina vybraná ze skupiny zahrnující sloučeniny lanthanoidů, vápníku a křemíku, k rozkladu organofosforečných sloučenin, zejména pesticidů, při zneškodňování bojových chemických látek a jako aktivní přepážka bránící šíření otravných plynů.

The use of cerium oxide with a specific surface of 10 to 150m2/ga primary crystal size less than 50 nm and a total content of not more than 45 wt. percent of impurities, which is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of the lanthanide compound, calcium silicate, decomposition of organophosphorus compounds, particularly pesticides, for the disposal of chemical warfare agents and as active barrier to prevent the spread of toxic gases.
