Hlavním cílem publikace Brownfieldy - cesta od minulosti do budoucnosti je pokus o zachycení proměn území v čase. Je z větší části zaměřena na místo, které je dnes zdánlivě bez šance, na území, které bylo hrdou a rozvíjející se městskou částí a dnes je většinou opuštěné, zdánlivě zapomenuté za pomalu rostoucí zelení. Je možné s nadsázkou říci, že Hrušov (část Ostravy) je v podstatě brownfieldem jako celek.

The main objective of the publication Brownfields - the path from the past to the future is an attempt to capture the changes of the territory time. This publication is largely focused on a place that is now seemingly without any chance, a place that used to be a proud and growing city part, but now it is mostly abandoned, seemingly forgotten behind slowly growing greenery. It is therefore possible to say with exaggeration that Hrušov (part of Ostrava) is basically a brownfield site as a whole.
