    This paper presents a digital holographic method for measurement of periodic asymmetric temperature fields. The method is based on a modified Twymann-Green setup having the double sensitivity in comparison to the commonly used Mach-Zehnder interferometer. For capturing a precisely synchronized and triggered CCD with the measured fast coherent phenomenon is used. The coherence of the measured phenomenon together with the precise settings of the camera allow for capturing of the digital hologram in required phase of the phenomenon. With employment of tomographic principle the presented method permits the 3D measurement with use of only one digital camera. The reconstruction of 3D volume based on tomographic approach is also introduced.
