Die Historie der Wälder des heutigen Nationalparks Böhmische Schweiz ist besonders gut dokumentiert und aufgearbeitet. Das ist dem Geschlecht der Kinskis zu verdanken, die ähnlich wie die Schwarzenbergs im Böhmerwald eine der am besten aufgearbeiteten Forstevidenten in Böhmen führten. The forest history of the current national park Bohemian Switzerland is very good documented and elaborated. It is due to the activity of the aristocratic family Kinsky, which had, like the family Schwarzenberg in the Bohemian Forest, one of the most perfect forest records in the Bohemia.
