Iridium filled skutterudite material has been found suitable for supperlatice structure preparation. For the first time the layers were prepared by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) from pressed Ir3,52Co0,48Sb12Pt0,05 target. Transport and thermoelectric properties were measured on layers of about 60 nm thickness.
