In this paper the Bayesian paradigm, exploiting all available prior information in conjunction with a simplified model of the diffusion dynamics, form the basis of whole methodology for quantitative evaluation lymphoscintigraphy of upper limbs applicable under routine.

Tento dokument popisuje jádro kvantifikace lymfoscintigrafie paže navržené pro účely běžného vyšetření. Kvantifikace je založena na zjednodušeném modelování akumulace farmaka v paži spolu se začleněním dostupné apriorní informace a využitím bayesovského teorému. Některé důležité dílčí podúlohy jsou rovněž prezentovány.
