An optimal boundary-control problem for the steady-state buoyancy-driven flow of an incompressible, heat conductive fluid is investigated as far as optimality conditions and an increment formula concerns. The controlled system covers, in particular, the Oberbeck-Boussinesq model. Regularity of the Navier-Stokes system coupled with heat equation and its adjoint system is substantially used.
