    The biochemical reactor is a dynamic system with complex behavior. An LQG controller is proposed to maintain the cultivation process. The requirements placed on the controller are usually expressed by desired ranges of controller signals. The controller quality is defined partly by a measure of the controller compliance to the constraints and partly by the tracking error. The ideal controller is found using stochastic sample path optimization method.
