The process of the control design requires a system model and a control criteria. We deal with ARX model and quadratic criteria as the most convenient and simple, from our view point. Prior information seems to be an important source for improving of identification result which, in its turn, influences the results of the control design. The objective of this article is to show how processing of prior information is built-in DESIGNER software, including both theoretical and algorithmic description.
