A general structure of complementary matrices within the input-state-output InclusionPrinciple for continuous-time LTI systems is given. Aggregations and restrictions areadopted as two practically important classes of this scheme. Contractibility conditions for feedback controllers are proved including the decentralized control design. The structure enables the formulation of conditions on the complementary matrices which can be useful for analysis and synthesis of control problems.
