Kapitola objasňuje základní principy rybářského hospodaření na mimopstruhových revírech. Zamýšlí se nad otázkou využití potravní základny pro ušlechtilé i plevelné druhy (limnologické základy) a podává krátkou analýzu pozice jednotlivých druhů v rybářském využití revírů.
The book chapter outlines basic principles of fishery management of non-salmonid dominated fishing grounds. Limnological background is given to evaluate the feeding resources for game and accessory fishes. Brief characteristics of the importance of individual species for Czech recreational fisheries is given.
