Předneseno:(ICPIG)/31./. Granada,14.07.2013-19.07.2013 We investigated single-streamer atmospheric-pressure coplanar surface dielectric barrier (CSDBD) powered by an amplitude-modulated AC high voltage as a unit micro-source of hydroxyl radicals. OH radicals produced by a single streamer filament close to the CSDBD electrode surface are transported due to diffusion away from the source towards the potential target. We succeeded to detect hydroxyl radicals produced by single surface streamer micro-discharge produced in Ar/He + H2O mixtures at atmospheric pressure by LIF technique based on narrow-band width OPO laser (line-width < 5 cm-1). The Q11(J=1.5) rotational line of the (1,0) band at 282.07 nm was used for the OH excitation. Evolution of LIF signal during the TON period evidences a single exponential build-up of OH species in the space afterglow followed by slower decrease during the TOFF.
