We focused on the treatment efficacy of topical administration of hydroxy-aluminum phthalocyanine (AlOH-Pc) entrapped in liposomes against in vivo models of prostate carcinomas. Nude mice with grown tumors (LNCaP, PC3 prostate carcinomas)were used for in vivo efficacy studies. Liposomal AlOH-PC gel had potential for effective photodynamic therapy of prostate carcinomas
