Reputation systems become more and more important in the on-line and e-commerce communities. Example widespread on-line system where reputation could be used is information system which allows users to rate each other and express their experiences and opinions on some products or services. In this paper, we are interested in reputation of others from the perspective of one user. This reputation is called personalized and users can make use of it to find out proper information about certain products. We implement personalized reputation system for information systems using machine learning methods. Our system incorporates artificial neural networks and random forests as well as a standard heuristic method, and it has been tested on a large real world dataset.
