We have studied the ability of monkeys to choose correct position on a response pattern on a touch screen according to abstract visual stimuli on the other monitor. These stimuli were designed as a simple “map” of the response space. The stimuli were manipulated – they were translated or rotated on the screen. To solve the task monkeys have to transform geometrical information from one spatial frame into another
