Ionic conductivity of Ag-doped (GeS2)100-2x-(Ga2S3)x-(AgI)x chalcohalide glasses has been investigated by impedance spectroscopy. An Arrhenius behavior of the temperature dependence of conductivity and a large dispersion of the real part of permittivity with decreasing frequency are identified. The contributions of AgI to the conductivity of the glasses are discussed based on the structural analysis.
