The thin TiO2 films were created from liquid sol on ITO substrate by dip-coating technique and calcinated at 450° C and 650° C to obtained thin layer with the pure anatase and the anatase/rutile crystallographic structure. Presence of the rutile particles in TiO2 layers influences the structural and the photo-electrochemical properties. In this contribution the rutile effect on these properties will be discussed.
