Předkládané řešení poskytuje způsob předkoncentrace složek kapalných vzorků, kdy se kapalný vzorek nanese na kolonu pro předkoncentraci složek kapalných vzorků, mající elektricky vodivý povrch nanesený na nevodivém podkladu, a monitoruje se elektrický odpor kolony. Po zachycení žádané složky na koloně se žádaná složka eluuje tak, že kolona se zapojí do elektrického obvodu jako elektroda.

The invention submitted provides a method of preconcentration of liquid sample components, when the liquid sample is applied to a preconcentration column of the liquid sample components having an electrically conductive surface deposited on a non-conductive subbase, and the electrical resistance of the column is monitored. After the required component is collected on the column, the desired component is eluted so that the column is connected to the electrical circuit as an electrode.
