Komentář k nařízení EP a Rady č. 864/2007 o právu rozhodném pro mimosmluvní závazkové vztahy Řím II. vytvořený kolektivem odborníků na mezinárodní právo soukromé a evropské pod vedením prof. P. Hubera je dílo velmi kvalitní. Autorka recenze oceňuje, že dílo poukazuje na problémy, které mohou nastat v praxi, tak i na problémy teoretické.

A commentary on the Regulation No 864/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the law applicable to non-contractual obligations (Rome II), written by a collective of Private International Law and EU Law professionals lead by Prof. P. Huber, is a work of high quality. The author of the review appreciates the fact that the work points out both problems which may arise in practice as well as theoretical problems.
