During the autumn 2010 season, fragments of textiles discovered in the burial contexts in tomb AS 38 and the associated structures underwent special examination and analysis. The finds included fragments of textiles from the Fifth (7c/AS38/2010; 9d/AS38/2010; 32b/AS38/2010; 30b/AS38/2010) and Sixth Dynasties (20b/AS57/2010; 21b/AS57/2010; 23/AS57/2010; 24b/AS57/2010). In total, fragments of sixteen different types of fabrics were determined.
