Metodou pylové a nepylové (Non-Pollen-Palynomorphs, NPP) analýzy byly zpracovány 4 vzorky z výplně středověké studny z lokality Jiřské náměstí - Pražský hrad. Výsledky pylové analýzy doplňují údaje, které byly získány makroskopickou analýzou. Významné jsou především nálezy obalů vajíček střevních parazitických červů. Výsledky obou paleobotanických analýz opět potvrzují nutnost jejich propojení.

Four samples from the fill of the medieval well from the Jiřské Square, Prague Castle, were processed by the method of pollen and Non-Pollen-Palynomorphs (NPP) analyses. The results of the pollen analyses complete the data obtained by macroremains analyses. Pollen analysis, however, succeeded in determining some of NPP. Above all the finds of the envelopes of the eggs of intestinal parasitic worms are significant. The results of both the palaeobotanical analyses confirm again the necessity of their combination.
