The aim was to evaluate endocrine activity TBBPA and HBCD on MCF-7 cells. We used proliferation test in MCF-7 cells and RT-qPCR analysis of Tff1 estrogene-responsible reporter gene to analyze estrogenicity of studied compounds. We showed that HBCD has endocrine disrupting effects on organisms, including humans. TBBPA in accordance with previous results has no estrogenic effect mediated via endocrine receptor aplha.
